On Mondays and Wednesdays of each month, we join together in a virtual community for powerful mindfulness sessions. Each session includes guided practice, meditation, and community discussion.

Weekly sessions are filled with resources and tools to support you to weave your practice throughout the week.

In this sacred space, you’ll have access to weekly live sessions, recordings, resources, tools, and so much more.

Our approach is rooted in accessible self-care practices that support spiritual growth and unfoldment.

With focus on the mind, body, and spirit, and the natural rhythm and flow of the breath, this guided meditative practice connects you to the Divine as it roots you in the present moment.

This practice is built on the premise that you are enough just as you are. Essentially everything you could ever wish, hope for, or desire is already available in the here and now.

This work relies on the universal life force energy that courses through us all, and the intuitive wisdom, that we all have the innate capacity to connect with our higher selves.

We are a virtual platform that unites a group like-minded individuals who have a shared desire to deepen their practice. Our aim is to make mindfulness, and mediation more accessible for all who seek it. Rooted in ancient traditions, and spirituality, our unique approach, blends breath, sound, and visualizations, to support you to yourself within the present.  Our offerings are centered on content, courses, retreats, and sessions that promote mindfulness-based living.

A global community of like-minded individuals with a shared intention to deepen their practice. Subscription tiers include access to exclusive content, courses, workshops, discounts, book clubs, and more.

All you need is do is show up just as you are. Sessions are accessible via phone,  laptop, or desktop. Simply assume a comfortable position in a location, where you have access to a quiet space. We encourage the use of headphones (ideally noise cancelling) for the most immersive experience. However, it is not a requirement.

Live sessions are offered twice weekly on Mondays/Wednesdays, and on demand classes are available to our community members 24/7  via the archives.  Session times are 7:30 pm – approximately 8:15 pm EST.

Our sessions are designed for all levels — beginners, advanced, and everything in between. Simply come as you are, as sessions offer choice to support you  to feel at ease with your practice.

You sign up for class anytime via the drop-in. Session reminders are sent an hour prior.

If you are new to the circle, you will receive 7 days of complementary access. You will need to sign up to access the introductory trial offer, and can cancel anytime.

We’re so glad you asked! Once you book your Circle sessions, you will have an option to share with a friend, so that they can begin their introductory trial offer.

We encourage you to turn on your camera so that you can engage and interact with the community. However, it is completely up to you. No pressure.

After cancelling your subscription, you will be able to take unlimited classes until the final day of the billing period. Cancelling your subscription will not provide a refund for the current billing cycle.

Yes, you will be billed monthly on the day on the day you originally signed up for the Community Circle. The renewal cycle will continue until you confirm otherwise.
