Somewhere along the way, productivity and the hustle mentality have been rallied, celebrated, and prioritized over tuning in, listening, and honoring our beings with self-care. A virtual community rooted in spirituality, offering mindfulness education, instruction, and facilitation, to individuals, small groups, and companies. We provide weekly live sessions for members to go within to disconnect and release the daily stresses that weighs you down by guided practice that supports you root yourself in the truth of your being.
A SPIRITUAL APPROACH TO MINDFULNESS
A well-being educator, nurse, certified mindfulness facilitator, coach, writer, author, creative, and maker, Sonja Crandon is committed to the spiritual growth and unfoldment of individuals who may have previously been led to believe that practice wasn’t intended for them.
The Mindfulness Shift was created for those curious about the practice but unsure where to begin. My highest intent is to amplify accessibility and inclusivity, supporting you to make mindfulness a non-negotiable.
